How to set up and use the Roster

The Roster is not your Agent’s login information, you can find your Agent’s login information under Agent Dashboard along with all of the registered users of the site.

The Roster is the publicly displayed information of your Team or yourself on the site.

Adding a New Agent for Public View

If you’re the only agent on the website, you may find this has already been done for you, but you can use this tool to edit your information.

When you’re adding a new agent, notice the above highlighted checkmark. If this is selected then this agent / profile will rotate through as the contact agent in property result pages. If there is only one agent / profile selected, then that is the one that will show up on every property result page.

So if you’re running a team or a brokerage you might want this to be a team or brokerage profile with matching team or profile logo showing up here, or the team leader’s or broker owner’s profile.

Adding an Agent to the Roster Page

Next you can choose how you want this agent to show up on your official roster page. Some agents or profiles are pinned to the top and the rest randomly rotate below.

Of course the primary agents / profiles show at the top (horizontal rectangle), secondary at bottom (vertical rectangles).


You’ll notice as well that you can add phone numbers, emails, and social URLS to each profile if you want. If you fill it out a matching icon will appear next to the profile. If you don’t fill it out, no icons will appear.

Agents showing next to Vestor Filters™

Next, if you wanted you could have different agents showing up on different Vestor Filter™ search options. Or simply select your master profile to show on all.

The below is an example of a master profile, in this case team leader, showing on all:

Choose your selections carefully.

What you select and don’t select will determine where and how this profile shows on your site.
