VestorFilter™ websites can create incredible neighborhood or community pages complete with custom maps that update active properties for sale in real time (you could also show sold properties or pending properties if you MLS allows it). You can customize these maps to display any area you like and any property types for sale filtered however you’d like. This is a very versatile feature.
The process is simple. First ensure you are logged in as a site-manager, as only site-managers can create custom maps.
Create a page in WordPress and title it after the neighborhood or community you want to feature.
Then simply hit the + sign in WordPress to create a new block. Type in map and hit enter.
Then you will see the screen above.
Before filling anything out – go to the live homes for sale map on your site.
Customize the map to be exactly what you want the map to display on your neighborhood or community page. Pick the property type you want, prices you want, any and all filter options. Then click the share button. Then click the link icon to copy the link.
That’s it!
Go head and use the normal WordPress block tools to create the rest of the community or neighborhood page, adding in anything you’d like such as pictures, videos, headlines, paragraphs, and more.
The great thing about these maps is you can set them up however you’d like and make them stick so the user can see only what you want them to see. Also these maps will update normally with MLS feeds so your content is always up-to-date on a particular area.
