The Five Types of Users on a Site

Each VestorFilter™ site has five different types of users and each user will have different permissions. Note that if you are not logged in as the right kind of user, what you can do will be limited.

A. Subscriber – this person is your public user. They can register via Google / Linkedin / Facebook, or manually. They can save their preferred homes by clicking the heart button, or their searches by the heart button on the search bar.

B. Site Manager – (we provide you with this login) this person is in charge of the website and can make changes to the website itself. The Site Manager can adjust the email drip campaigns, text campaigns, logos, photos, legal info, change the Roster, change the default automated task settings. The Site Manager can also create new Agent, Editor, and Manager logins and submit support tickets with us as needed. The Site Manager can also do everything the Manger can do below. Basically, the Site Manager has the highest level of ability. If there is only one user on a site, they are the Site Manager.

C. Manager – The manager can see all Subscribers (leads) and collaborate with all leads in the backend dashboard. The Manager can assign tasks to all Agents. The Manager can see all the tasks assigned to all Agents and determine who is on task and who is not. The Manager can write, edit, and post blog or news articles. The Manager can assign, unassign, and re-assign leads to Agents as well as delete leads.

D. Editor – This is someone who can login and add new blog or news articles to the site only.

E. Agent – this is someone who can assign unassigned new leads to themselves and collaborate with their own assigned Subscribers (leads) in the back end. Collaborate with the Subscribers means the Agent can see all activity the Subscriber has had on the website that is assigned to them. The Agent can tag the Subscriber as new, hot, warm, cold, ignore, sold. The Agent can take notes on the Subscriber and complete assigned (auto-assigned or manually assigned) tasks related to the lead in their My Tasks dashboard. The Agent will only see the tasks assigned to them. The Agent can add – Agent Recommended – tagged saved homes to the Subscriber’s dashboard and create new – Agent Recommended – tagged search criteria (email alerts) for the user on their dashboard.
